Vanessa Bus

Cast your mind back to the pre-COVID years, when you’re on a road trip with your mates, about to see some of your favorite live music acts in a dusty field. Your biggest luxury will be finding a clean portaloo on the last day of the festival. As you drive for hours through the fifth country town claiming to be the home of Australia’s best pie, you realise that the journey is the best part.

My series of illustrations brought new life to the rebranding of the Vanessa Bus, grabbing the attention of 18 to 25 year olds to highlight safe driving practices while supporting local communities at the same time.
